Only Digital has recently delivered a bespoke internal marketing website for hotel management company, Redefine|BDL Hotels (RBH).

Comprising part of RBH’s digital transformation plan for 2016, the site is designed to provide the 63 hotels under management with marketing inspiration, PR ideas, best practice case studies and instant access to design and social media management tools.

IHGL on MobileThe platform which hotels can access via their own secure log-in details, acts with the functionality of an intranet and will be continually updated by the 9-strong Marketing team based in Glasgow.

Once logged in, hotels will be able to access ideas to drive F&B revenue, meetings, weddings and leisure bookings, as well as case studies across the travel sector.

Our team placed a major emphasis on the user experience for this website, ensuring that it is simple for anyone at a hotel to find the information they are looking for.

The result is an intuitive and effective platform which helps the business thrive by sharing ideas and thinking differently about the role of a centralised marketing team and the support offered by a hotel management company.
